New publication in Riigikogu journal

Professor Indrek Ibrus published a new essay in Riigikogu’s (Estonia’s Parliament) annual trend-monitoring journal Pikksilm. In this he discusses long term trends affecting media sector including datafication, platformisation and mediatisation, but linked these also to the potentials of decentralisation/blockchain that is relevant also to this project.
